Who are our doctors?
Every consultation is with an Online Doctor on the Irish Medical Council (IMC) register. Meet the team on the Our Doctors page — full names, IMC numbers, qualifications, and specialty areas. We don't outsource consultations, and we never hand off to non-clinical staff.
What it costs
A standard online consultation is €34.99. That includes the doctor's time, any cert or documentation generated during the visit, and the email follow-up. There's no subscription, no membership fee, and no charge for booking. If you decide your concern needs in-person care, we'll tell you and refund where appropriate.
