Stages G1–G2 (≥60) are normal-to-mildly decreased; CKD is diagnosed only if there are also markers of kidney damage. G3 onwards is significant — your usual treating doctor or an Online Doctor will discuss medications to adjust, blood pressure targets, and frequency of follow-up.
