What the certificate confirms
- You have been clinically reviewed by an IMC-registered Online Doctor
- You are fit to return to your usual duties (or fit subject to listed accommodations)
- Recommended start date and any phased-return schedule
- Doctor signature and IMC number for HR / occupational health verification
What we cannot certify online
- Roles requiring statutory medical examinations (drivers PSV/HGV, divers, pilots)
- Safety-critical roles requiring a full physical examination at point of return
- Returns from severe physical injury where ROM / strength testing is required
If your role requires in-person assessment, we will tell you upfront and refund your consultation fee.
