What we can renew
- Stable, long-term medications you have already been prescribed
- Antihypertensives, statins, thyroid replacement, asthma inhalers, contraception, and similar maintenance therapy
- Mental-health medications (with a recent psychiatric review on record)
What we cannot renew
- Controlled drugs (Schedule 2-3 — opioids, ADHD stimulants, benzodiazepines)
- Brand-new prescriptions for medications you have never taken
- Medications requiring in-person physical examination at every renewal
If we cannot renew your prescription online, the Online Doctor will tell you and refund your consultation fee.
