How the photo review works
- Book a slot — clear pricing from €34.99.
- Upload up to four well-lit, close-up photos of the affected area before your consultation.
- Speak to the Online Doctor over video. They will review the photos with you, ask about timeline and triggers, and agree a treatment plan.
- Prescription (if needed) goes via HealthMail to your nominated pharmacy.
When we will refer you for in-person dermatology
- Suspicious pigmented lesions (possible melanoma)
- Severe / extensive psoriasis or eczema requiring biologic therapy
- Conditions requiring biopsy, cryotherapy, or in-clinic phototherapy
